Warm Up and Start
There will NOT be an opportunity to warm up in the water prior to the start. All competitors will be called to the pre start holding pens 15 minutes before their start. From there you go into the water and swim to your start place.
Timing Control
All the competitors will be given a bracelet (WINNING TIME CHIP) that will have to be placed at the ankle and must be used during the race.
