• Since January 1st 2013 The Mexican Triathlon Federation (FMTRI) made it mandatory that all Mexican triathletes must be affiliate in order for them to participate in events such as Ironman and Ironman 70.3 that take place in Mexico
• Foreign triathletes that desire to participate in an Ironman and Ironman 70.3 in Mexico must purchase a "one day membership" ($10USD). This membership can be purchased during package pick-up or at www.active.com
