Registration and packet pick-up will take place at: COZUMEL CONVENTION CENTER

Thursday, November 24th, 2016, 12:00 - 6:00 pm.
Friday, November 25th, 2016, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Packet pick-up process:

1.- Confirm your race number in the athletes list at

COZUMEL CONVENTION CENTER

2.- Sign the waiver form and show an ID which will be photocopied for our files.

3.- Show your ID, entry confirmation print and waiver in your bib number corresponding line.

4.- Pick up your packet and make sure it contains: race bag, race numbers: body (2) , bike and helmet, swim cap, athlete wrist band for pre-race carbo dinner, information booklet, time chip, official commemorative souvenir, and the following race gear bags: morning clothes, swim to bike, bike to run, bike special needs and run special needs.

5.- Registration solutions: If you have any doubts regarding your personal details, please go to our information booth and we will be glad to assist you.

*Important reminder to registered athletes:

Only registered athletes will be allowed to compete. Athletes must pick up their race packets personally . It is mandatory to show an official and valid ID (passport, visa, or other official document). Your ID will be photocopied for our records. You must present this photocopy along with your signed waiver in order to collect your packet

We remind you that all entries to Ford Ironman Cozumel are non-transferable! Please take this into consideration to avoid any inconveniences.

Athlete Wristband

A wristband will be affixed to your wrist when you pick up your packet. This band will identify you as an official participant and must be worn during the entire week. The wristband allows you to access the transition area and post-race athlete recovery area.

You will not be allowed to remove your bicycle and/or gear from the transition area following the race without your wristband affixed to your wrist. Please do not remove your wristband until the awards ceremony has ended.

Please pack the correct gear in the appropriate bag and place them in the transition area according to the instructions. Be sure all of your gear is clearly marked with your name and race number.
